It’s Black History Month!
In honor of this month, Shaun had a chance to talk to Racial Equity & Adoption Activist April Dinwoodie about some of the tough questions he gets from families who are open to all races but are worried they may make mistakes along the way.
April answers questions about what you should do if you don’t live in a diverse area, whether or not you should consider transracial adoption if you have racist friends and family, what to do yourself to ask yourself if you’re ready to pursue transracial adoption and more.
