The Adoption STAR Picnic is less then one week away (Sunday August 5, Ellicott Creek Park Shelters 10A and 10 B, 1-4 pm) and the Adoption STAR staff has put together a list of ten reasons you and your family should attend the picnic. Watch the video below to see them all.
