Nicole Monnin works per diem, writing adoption home studies and conducting post placement visits in the South Florida area. Nicole received both her Bachelors and Masters (with a concentration in Child Welfare) in Social Work at Florida Atlantic University. Nicole has been working in case management since 2009.

Nicole is a Certified Child Welfare Case Manager, and has worked for a non-profit community-based care agency in Broward County, FL as an Adoption Specialist as well as a Permanency Roundtable Specialist. She has worked with and mentored young adults who have aged out of the foster care system. Nicole also has experience working in both the school and hospital systems as a social worker. She has a passion for working with families and advocating on their behalf.

Nicole is very passionate about adoption and helping to create forever families through the adoption process.
