Ilona is an Adoption Social Worker for Adoption STAR’s A.O.K. Program. She has over a decade of experience working with both older children and families in the field of foster care adoption.

Ilona earned her BA in English, minoring in Women’s Studies, from Nazareth College of Rochester. She believes that all children deserve the unconditional love and support that a forever family provides. Ilona loves helping to provide the education and support for families to be successful and happy in their adoption journeys.

Outside of work, Ilona enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. Her favorite things to do are homesteading, crafting, traveling and catching up with friends.
