News Flash: NEW Visa Form and Submission Process for International Adoption
U.S. embassies are notifying adoption service providers that as of September 1, 2013, the DS-230 will be replaced by an electronically submitted DS-260. The DS-260 is a fully integrated online electronic visa application used for persons seeking immigrant visas. These visa forms will now be both completed and submitted electronically to the Department of State via the Internet through the Consular Electronic Applications Center (CEAC).
