Carol Lamb, BSSW, LSW
Adoption Assessor and Family Advocate
Carol Lamb works in a family advocacy role which includes a multitude of responsibilities, including supporting prospective adoptive clients. Carol works extensively with clients pursuing stepparent and kinship adoptions.
Carol received her bachelor’s degree in social work from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. She is a licensed social worker and an Ohio adoption assessor.
While working as a family services worker in the child welfare system, she began to focus her career directly working with foster parents and foster children in the Greater Cincinnati area. She has extensive professional experience working with families and children of various ages.
Carol lives in Cincinnati with her husband and three sons. In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor activities with her sons, reading, and trying new restaurants.
