as well as their extended families.  Currently, Frances is a school social worker for a specialized private school for children with Traumatic Brain Injuries and brain-based disorders. She provides supportive services, resources, and facilitates educational workshops and support groups for the parents of the students.

Frances is a strong advocate of building families through adoption. She approaches every family with love, respect and excitement as it is an immense honor to be a part of each family’s adoption journey.

Frances holds a master’s degree in social work from Fordham University. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of New York. She was born and raised in Inwood, located in Upper Manhattan and currently resides in Queens with her husband and son.
