Well it rained a second year in a row at the Adoption STAR Adoptive Family Picnic, but it was still a fun day as the kids enjoyed a great puppet show from “The Nimels” and the sun decided to make an appearance by the end of the day, allowing everyone to have fun on the playground; and of course there was great food! A special thanks to John and Jill and Matt for fighting the elements to grill all of the delicious food. We’d also like to thank Kayla and Lynlee for volunteering at the event and the Nimals for providing the entertainment!
