Marina is an Adoption Specialist within Adoption STAR’s Domestic Infant Program, working with prospective adoptive parents. Marina obtained her master’s in social work from the University at Buffalo, following the completion of her BA in Psychology and Adult Clinical Counseling from Canisius University.

Marina started with STAR as an intern during her graduate program doing work with the adoption specialists and is ecstatic to be working closely with them. During her time as an intern, Marina had never felt so fulfilled in a role, and is very excited to continue her work with the agency for years to come in a full-time capacity.

Outside of work, Marina enjoys walking around Buffalo with her two dogs, setting up her hammock in Delaware Park, and cozying up with a nice hot Chai Latte.
