A letter from a birth mother To Birth mothers...
Dear Expectant Mother,
I remember when I was pregnant how difficult it was for me. I pretty much ignored it, but as time went on I knew I had to make a decision. I chose adoption for my baby girl. I know that surprises many people but I really wanted to make a plan for her life that would make her the happiest in the long run. What surprised me was that I was able to make my own decisions without pressure and I was even able to choose and meet the family who took my baby home. Today I receive letters and pictures of Chrissy and I know she is okay… more than okay. She is loved so much! I am sure that you will make the best decision for yourself and your child. Its good to talk to people about your options, so call Adoption S.T.A.R. they are an authorized agency who will work with you whether you place your child for adoption or not.
All the best,
Renee
P.S. If you wish to speak to birth mothers who have placed a child for adoption, ask the agency to connect you via telephone, in-person or on-line with a birth parent.
