Adoptive Parents

Overview
Clients of Adoption S.T.A.R. are pleasantly surprised that the adoption journey is one filled with education, individual choices and compassion. It is ultimately the client that creates the adoption path and the agency assists with providing the Support, Training, Advocacy and Resources necessary to create a successful adoption plan.

The adoption process can often be confusing and frustrating. Adoption S.T.A.R. offers support, knowledge, assistance, and most importantly, personalized attention, to make this process easier.

We work with expectant parents and birth parents nationwide. For our international programs, we are happy to accept registrations from adoptive prospective couples and singles who reside nationwide. Adoptive couples or singles who wish to adopt domestically are eligible if they reside in New York State.

Adoptive parents may be married couples, unmarried couples or single. Adoptive parents must be responsible, stable and caring adults whom love children and desire to build their family by way of adoption. Families with and without children are welcome.
